Nice relegation season, but brightened up by the cup run.

Home vs QPR in 1976 I think.
All I remember was that the fog was really thick and my dad left early because he wanted to avoid the crush.

Happy days, all I remember was being in the south bank and literally being lifted forwards with the surge on to the pitch
Look at the scenes, the stadium etc. This is why modern football can fuck off and I have little interest in it. Just glad I grew up going in times like this

Couldn't believe my first match is on you tube.October 1967,a 3- 4 loss to Stoke after being 3 - 0 up at half time. All 7 goals were in front of me standing on a beer crate in the South Bank. I never forgot Martin Peters scissor kick for our 2nd it's worth watching the video just for that moment (22 seconds in) and a brilliant pass from Bobby Moore to Redknapp who then crosses for our 3rd
